- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon Yum Yum Sauce (Recipe can be found HERE.)
- Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cut hard-boiled eggs into thick slices.
- Fry in butter until lightly browned on both sides, flipping once.
- Serve with Yum Yum Sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
